We created Ministerio del Café to change the world of coffee. We believe that every small action has the power to bring about win-win ways to commercialise and consume. Today excellence in quality needs to include the fair remuneration for the people who steward the land. We depart from a point of fair partnerships at every step, without cutting corners along the journey from the farm to the cup. We advocate for fair compensation for every actor in the production chain. We do not use pestides in order to protect the surrounding biodiversity. That’s why we have taken several insects to represent our products. They symbolise balance in nature, pollination, fertility and overall well-being. In Paris, our coffee is delivered by bicycle. Our packaging is made from compostable, vegetable materials. We believe that taking care of the smallest gestures we can arrive at an excellent product.
